I stuck with this app for five years. It does not have the features of newer apps but it had five years of my scores which I valued. A week ago I went into the app and all my data was gone. I have reached out multiple times with no response. This occurred a month after my renewal occurred.
Unreliable
Unfortunately this app is not working for me. Several times this app has not saved information and now all my scores for the past year are gone. I’m so disappointed.
Lost all information on app and zero response from company
I just finished a round and when I went to check my scores the app when blank, no scores, no club information, no courses available. The screen show I lost my internet connection, what!! I tried about a dozen times to reach the company and/or reset my password but the company didn’t respond. I have got zero response in the last four days in my attempt to get the company to respond.

This app has stopped working 6/16/2026
Not always reliable!
I purchased a lifetime access and almost once every few weeks I have to reactivate the membership. Monday I was at a new golf course and it would not connect to the golf course so I had to play the whole round without any yardage. That made me nervous because now I don’t know that I can trust the app. It seemed to be working fine then maybe an update recently on the iPhone caused an issue? It was very frustrating. I otherwise love the app that I get a little nervous that I can’t count on it all the time.

I’ve used this on my Apple Watch for 4 rounds and my assessment- not easy, not accurate, not worth the money.

This app just quit locating golf courses. Notified support and it was fixed very rapidly! I love responsive developers!
The yardage was always wrong
The yardage was consistently wrong. I have used this app before, and it was ok. I used it Saturday morning and every distance was wrong. It was as thought the app thought I was on a different hole or a different part of the golf course. It was completely unusable.
No customer service
Well I have been trying to cancel my subscription for about a week with no luck. I have sent two emails which have gone unanswered and I have searched all over the net looking for away to get this done, and have had no luck. I hope I hear from someone soon!!!!
Garbage
Works on iPhone but not on Apple watch. Wrote the a number of times with no response. Stick to free apps on your phone.
App shuts off right after it opens.
The app shuts off when I’m in a certain course. It displays “searching for course “ and just shuts down. I have full cell service and have tried deleting and reinstalling it but same result. It doesn’t do that in other course I play. So far only in that particular course. I recently subscribed to a full lifetime membership.

Not updated golf courses
I was playing and golf course yesterday and the course was not updated. It was renovated and reopened in 2017, but this app has not updated.
Need user guide
Bought the app. Started at tee. After tee shot I had no clue what to do next.
Instead of telling remaining it started prompting me for number of putts and the like.
And then my watch reverted back to the watch face. How do I get it to stay on the app?

Not Syncing With Watch
Tried everything but refuses to sync with my Apple Watch. I have a premium account, have logged into my phone, reset my iWatch. Nothing. No response from company. Not happy.
Watch app crashes all the time.
The app had worked for one or two years. But watch app crashes every hole two years ago. It has been two more years, the developers have not able to solve the problem. Do not waste your time and money.
