Bad app
This app just crashes every time I try to update a course. Haven't been able to update in over two years and now my Golf Buddy is 25 yards off half the time. From here on out I am using a cheap app on my phone and a range finder.
W12 not supported
Why is the Aim W12 ( newest version of this watch) not supported by this app?
Terrible
This has to be one of the worst app/device combinations I’ve ever used. I have the AIM W11 watch model and it’s cumbersome to update courses. Also, I can’t even get the course search function to work half the time, so I can’t load courses before I arrive.
Limited use app
I love the wristwatch gps. The app is disappointing. I assumed that it would record scores and steps, but it doesn’t seem to do that
Won’t connect to iPhone 15
Works great with iPad. Connects to W10 immediately. Won’t connect at all to iPhone.

I keep getting a “Server error.” message when I try to login, and this means I can’t download a course to my GolfBuddy aim W11 GPS watch

Just spent 90 bucks on this and it will not sync to this app and not compatible ? I can, however, install the latest ridiculous download to my laptop, only which it doesn’t sync there either or connect correctly. This thing is worthless. Do not trust it running in the background on my laptop being connected to the web globally ! No, thanks to many hacks could get into my laptop

How does a company biting out a new watch in their range and yet has not set up the infrastructure to use it to its full potential? Looking to return my watch now

Why is this app still in the store if it no longer works?
No ‘casting’ button in menu
Have not used this app for a while. Got a new phone an downloaded the app. App links with my Golf Buddy aimW11 but there is no casting function option in the app menu.
Therefore it is totally useless as the app doesn’t work for use. Have to use the actual golf buddy device (watch). Not worth the hassle.

Casting Discontinued
The main reason I purchased the W11 watch was for the casting feature and here you go and drop the function. I did not see where you have offered to buy back products.
Link golf Buddy smart to Apple Watch difficult
After a day & half finally linked. Distances on Apple Watch 58 yards different than golf Buddy watch.
I cancelled my subscription but was still charged
I used the new Apple Watch app, but was dissatisfied with it overall. I liked the old cast function much better. I cancelled the trial subscription 3 days before the expiration, but I was still charged the subscription fee. I want my money back now!

Must have WiFi along with Bluetooth for operating
I recently got the Golfbuddy Aim V10, and thought that I’d be able to send a Bluetooth signal from the device to an iPad. For those thinking of using this app this way, be forewarned that this app requires WiFi along with a Bluetooth connection in order to work. A person could use their phone data connection to get this done, so there may be data usage costs involved. Also, while using this app, I was unable to use the ball mark function with my device. This app may be more trouble than it’s worth.

Aim w10 great golf watch but no way to access your scorecard in the app that’s a bad thing I’ll go back to using golf pad it’s free and gives me everything the watch does I wish I could return the watch !!!!
Course Updates
There seem to be lots of updates, however, having purchased a W10 in January & sending in my own Course Update nothing has been done. With over 30 games played at Goodwood it’s embarrassing to waste time fiddling with my GOLFBUDDY to find the right hole. Golfshot managed to update theirs within 24 hours!!!

Needs More Cellphone Integration
The way ch is awesome but more integration is needed to capture information such as the user’s steps. Note that golf is excise and so is walking. Looking at other watches and the other ways GOLFBUDDY can capitalize in the health of the average golfer.
Crashes before finishing set up
I have tried several times to register and when I get to selecting my state, the app crashes and I have to start again .
