Great business but poor app!
Tried to add thing to my basket but wouldn’t allow me! Very glitchy. Had to buy from website instead . Not very good when promoting discount on app but can’t buy anything 😂

When searching on the new app, you’re unable to filter within the results. Such a useful feature which is now missing. Will be using the website for the foreseeable future.
Ruined
New app is unusable. Search for iron sets. Pick a brand. Overlay of “no products” in grey and shows every other brand. Drop into iron sets and the brand you were searching before with no products is listed in abundance. The search is broken. There’s far too much white empty space everywhere. Tighten up the padding in the CSS and set bigger white space as an accessibility feature. The old app for far superior.

Why?
Since the update, getting asked for my location even when not using the app? Why would a golf club sales app need that sorta data?! Seems rather over reaching.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Once selecting a product to view the page never loads. Unusable app.
Doesn't display detail
Click drivers or fairway woods or any section and when you try and look at a club 80% of the info, including the photo doesn't load.

Easy to use but would be way better if you could develop an iPad app for us older users with poorer eyesight 😄

totally inadequate app for selling anything. whoever sanctioned it for use needs to explain why they thought it was fit for purpose
Great app but unable to checkout
I signed up for this app to take advantage of the 15% off “app15” offer running at the time.
The experience of searching and applying filters to clubs worked very well and I was quickly able to add exactly what I was looking for in the basket. I was also very happy with the price after adding the discount.
The frustrating part was trying to pay for the items using PayPal.
I tried a number of times but after approving the payment in the PayPal app and returning to golfclubs4cash it was just a blank screen with the only option being to close that page and start checkout again.
I tried to reach out for help but was unable to find a chat or open phone line (Friday afternoon) to get assistance with the purchase. I searched for a contact email address and tried that way but got an “unable to send” notification.

I use Golfclubs4cash all the time.
Great app and just needs a few tweaks.
1. Any filters applied stop working when you add a length to the filter.
2. It would be great to have length and grip adjustments to clubs as you can on the website.

Used to work great, now filters don’t work. Back to web version. App deleted.

The filter function on the app doesn’t work at all. Tried filter to price and club length and the search still gives everything. Frustrating so I gave up.

This store is fantastic - bought from them over eBay and directly over a number of months and their service is always excellent. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the filtering on the app is so laggy. Every selection or deselection of an option seems to hang for a long time
