Completely unusable
Possibly the worst app I have ever used. Can't create an account using copy/paste for the password. Okay, I'll type the password in manually, that worked. Choose my location, immediately goes to a blank screen. I see the food options button at the bottom so I click it, it asks me to sign in again. Type the credentials that I JUST CREATED and it says "wrong username or password." This is a shameful excuse for an app.

App vs IRL offerings differ
The app itself is ok, however could be improved. There are many food items offered for sale at the Roseville location that are not offered in-app. There could be a much more efficient system for picking up food as we still had to wait in slow moving lines. We bought our tickets online but the machine for bracelets malfunctioned anyways—so had to see a person.

Poorly designed
- here were the steps I took just to VIEW the menu/prices: go to website, click food and drinks, was told I needed to download app, downloaded app, was told I needed to create an account, created an account, logged in, clicked food and drink, was told I could not view the menu because the snack bar was currently closed, went to bed, woke up and checked the app, received same message, waited a few more hours, checked again, and NOW the snack bar was open and I could see what food was sold here and how much it cost
- ordering tickets through the app was super sketchy too. For whatever reason, the city field in the address form had a seven character limit, so I put part of my city name in. Then when i scrolled down, the bottom of the app said “debug mode” 😬. So I wasn’t too confident about the security of my payment, especially with no PayPal or ApplePay options. I had to trust the developers who left a production app in debug mode to protect my sensitive data.

Missing an important feature
The app doesn’t support Apple Pay.

Glitchy and Out of synch with menu options
Super glitchy. The app freezes when trying to track your order. You also cannot order pitchers of drinks. Needs some work.
Poor interface
I am not able to reserve a date using my season pass. The reservation s name does k not it show up. I can do this on my computer using a web browser. Horrible experience.
Trash
There is no way to log out of the app and login as somebody else. My membership is under someone else’s email address. The whole season pass thing is annoying the app is not user friendly.
Roseville locations is useless!!
How can a app nowadays be so useless? The only thing you can do is order pizza ( other food options are not available on the app) or get tickets for miniature golf for a group of 4, that’s the only option there is. This has been a issue for years now. Reviews from 2 years ago say the same thing as I did and a reply said they would get in contact with the Roseville location to get them to update their features! I’m very disappointed in this app!!

Food ordering would never load
And that’s the whole reason i downloaded the app. I could click the order food button, and select the restaurant I wanted and then nothing would load. Super bummed cuz the food lines are always ridiculous. 🤷🏻♀️

Don’t waste your time downloading this. It wouldn’t even let me put my city in. Saves no time while visiting the park.
