I have been using Golfshot for a couple of years. Recently, the course I play most often added senior ladies pink tease. It was not listed in Golfshot. I contacted them and Alicia was so helpful.. She had me send the needed information and it was updated in Golfshot within 48 hours. Thank you so much.!

Cancelled Subscription
I was a long term user, but this year, they increased their subscription price by 40%!! It’s no longer worth the price.
Please create Apple car play version
Love this app. Now that golf carts have Apple car play it would be great to have a version of Golfshot.

I’ve been using Golfshot for several years, and after trying just about every golf GPS app out there, I keep coming back to this one. In my experience, it’s the most accurate, reliable, and feature-rich option available. The GPS distances are consistently dependable, the Apple Watch integration works great, the app continues to improve over time and their customer service department gets back to you quickly. If you’re serious about golf and want one app you can count on, Golfshot Plus is the one I’d recommend.

Bug in “Tracked Shots” Editor
Really liking the features of the app, considering getting the full subscription. But the Tracked Shots editor when reviewing after the round freezes the app, so I can’t review the shots or correct them. Would be great if it’s fixed because the rest of the app seems great.
Two other feature requests:
1. “Post to GHIN” button to auto post the round
2. When viewing the scorecard mid round or after, click on the hole # to edit that hole. The navigation to edit a score on a hole is not smooth yet.

I just cancelled this because they raise rates at the worst economic times by $10. Far too many great apps to keep paying such a premium.

I used to like this app but now I spend all my time between holes deleting my practice swings. I’m better off filling out the score card manually. I’ve contacted support numerous times only to be told that they have fixed the issue. Nope! I’ve updated the app, done everything they suggested, and still, it records so many swings that it shouldn’t, and frustrating my play. I sure hope they get their act together, because I have another year of this mess before I go to another app.

Great app! Have over 1,300 rounds on it. Paired with Apple Watch Ultra.
Excellent product support
I thoroughly enjoy using this golf app for every round at every course, whether in the US or abroad. Straightforward and simple to use. My home course has added several forward tees and multiple combinations of playing options with different par ratings as well as “course” ratings. Golfshot support was excellent in updating the digital scorecard to reflect numerous changes so that the digital scorecard fully reflects the new scorecard for 7 sets of tees with different par and handicap ratings for men and women.

Too Much Advertising
I upgraded to one level, and lo and behold I keep getting messages to upgrade further, which I find particularly annoying! I just want to play golf and get yardages and fill in a computerized scorecard! Before I was able to keep it on my watch, but that has changed for some reason! I will not be renewing my subscription when it expires. I’ll find a simpler and better alternative!!!

Short of great…
I’ve used this app for 389 rounds and over a decade. Do you need reading glasses to read your phone but not to play golf? There is so much wasted empty space on the scoring page and the numbers are really small- please make an option to support bigger fonts. For the life of me - can’t get the Apple Watch tracking going… There is a bug that when you try to start the round it won’t find the course. You have to back out and try again… better stats and AI integration to help guide you to your best round and avoid the big numbers would be great.

Worse each update
Hi Team - while I love that additional features that are regularly added to this app, clearly not enough testing is being done before deployment. As a scorecard the app works fine, but the shot tracking is now a complete disaster, Auto putting doesn’t work (and impacts performance even when turned off), while editing shots after the round is very glitchy, generally the app seems to get worse after each upgrade. Offers of support have not been followed through on. This will be my last season with this app. Shame.
