Just keeps on telling me, “Can not detect shot” and then doesn’t give me a distance or anything
Cannot Be Relied Upon. Don’t waste money.
App relies way too much on loft for distances. Sand wedges carrying for 240 yards while 4 iron reads at 70, all while I set everything up accurately according to the apps instructions. Until the app
can adjust to its measurement settings you have to be too close to the phone and also too close the net. It can’t track enough ball flight to be accurate. No reason to spend money on it.

GolfTrak
Spent a lot of my time trying to connect it to E6. Once I did get it connected. It was night time. I set it up on my back patio in a well lit area and would not track a swing. Recommend a night mode for the recognition of the camera. Every time my club would move. It would tell me shot not recognizable. If it does better tomorrow in the day time I’ll change my rating.

You need such specific things right in this and when indoors terrible don’t even bother

Takes ages to find the ball and 90% of the time says it can’t detect the shot, and every time it is in the 15/30 yard range even though it is a really good shot. Awful app but the concept is really good. If you fixed this I would use. -WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-
Waste of time
Kept turning off. Tracked one shot on an hour session. But said I used two clubs?! Don’t waste your time. Thank god I had a free trial and didn’t waste my money
Doesn’t support SE 3rd gen
App Store indicates my phone is supported but when I launched the app then it said the SE 3rd gen not supported. And only place indicating not supported is buried on one page deep in the GolfTrak support webpage.

The whole registration via Apple ID is broken , has issues with trying to use the Apple ID . Also forgot password link on website does not work. Dead landing page.
Best launch monitor on Iphone
App works great. Pretty straightforward to use. You get 5 free fully tracked shots a day. Paid options give you access to GS Pro and E 6 Connect. I have not used shot vision but i think you have to pay to try, and i don’t think they give you simulator access. I have had trouble with the golf boy app accuracy, and I have not bought their tripod, so this app stands out as the best option in my opinion. Use a tripod and mark your balls with lines as a small tip for reading the ball

Launch Monitor Review
I tried out the GolfTrak launch monitor because I can’t afford the big brand one I’d like at the moment, but I’d still like to practice. I was very impressed with the accuracy of the distance while practicing while comparing it to what I know my distances to be about. The longer irons were better than the short irons and wedges. I think once the ball rises to a certain height it is more difficult for the device to read. I also tried making a wedge matrix and was very surprised with the accuracy of my 1/4 and 1/2 swing distances. The app was also very consistent with my numbers. Definitely would recommend if you need something cheap with decent reliable accuracy.

Helped Me Drop Strokes!
The app is great! It helped me really dial in my swing strength and accuracy for various yardage, especially for my short game and now landing on the green instead of missing long or short.

Solid golf tracking app
Pretty easy to setup and use with a net inside. Connects to opengolfsim easily and works well. Wish it could detect my slice but what more can you ask from an app that runs on your phone.

For that it offers it’s a very convenient was of getting your data. At times set up can be tedious but once set up it plays nice.
Great app if you have a tripod
I’m sure this app would be phenomenal if I had a tripod but it’s just too tricky without one
