i forgot to edit my location so i had to call customer service in order for me to cancel my order (which is pretty dumb why would i need to make multiple steps just for me to cancel my order when the company hasn’t accepted it yet). when i called customer service i was received with only a “hello gomamam” not even a good morning or assalamualikum… i am very disappointed in that. i told the dispatcher that i wanted to cancel my order and was left with a “uh uh uh” and she hung up on me. pls fix ur damn company or imma sue!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During puasa, order jam 3pm - Sampai sungkai nadabah reply dari delivery kah atau admin. Perbaiki tah lagi servis kamu. Bah atu sja

the service is so so so bad im serious. its almost 9 and i havent got my food which i ordered at 5PM. i feel bullied cos my family and I didnt have a proper meal for sungkai. its so frustrating. this app doesnt deserve a star but i had to, to submit this review. pls just order from Hey Domo. theyre faster and responsive. thanks

Search bar need to be improved
The search bar is laggy, and I have to scroll back to the top every time I want to search for new food. Sometimes the specific food I’m looking for doesn’t even appear. It’s frustrating and annoying.

Slow app and slower customer response
This app is incredibly slow and suffers from constant crashing and compatibility issues with new phone software.
My attempt to cancel an order after the app crashed was a failure. The customer service hotline was unresponsive and unhelpful, eventually just sending an "order on the way" update, ignoring my cancellation request. The service is too slow to handle real-time problems. I cannot recommend this app until both the performance and the customer support process are drastically improved.

Very slow
Poor user interface and ordering process takes a very long time. The payment process should be improved by connecting debit/credit cards directly to the app to make transactions more efficient.
Vendors are always close
App do not updates well on vendors.
Customer supports is also very bad, they rather ignore than help to assist with the orders between their merchant and riders.
Their delivery cost do not make sense when the app do not updates well. Which also deters to be be riders in the platform. App owner needs to learn the logistic side of the business for sure.

If you want to make an app make it user friendly lah! Ani frustrating just to register! On top of that doesn’t make sense “use as guest” tapi once you try to order it requires you to register! Make it make sense! Berapa kali sudah pakai this app. Why the need to ask for phone number constantly? It’s a private ya know. You guys selling our data to your clients or something? We give you an address for you to send to the location…you should make the phone number an OPTIONAL thing but when you register it is required to put in the phone number. Breach of privacy eh! Coz we don’t know what you’re going to do with the phone number? When we’ve already shared our house location.

Slowest delivery for food
App works okay just they money doesn’t worth it for the time it takes… driving yourself to pickup could be faster 10x faster than using the app ! Can takes up to 2hours for a 15min away delivery
terrible user interface
It’s not as easy to use as grab food or foodpanda . User interface is terrible and it doesn’t tell me if the shop is closing until the checkout page . I wanted to order food but almost all shop pages is glitching and I can’t checkout and suddenly it says shop about to close and when I accept , it declines on its own. It’s also slow and lagging and not user friendly . I ended up not ordering anything .

I download attract by free delivery to belait in promotion period. But all shops close 😂😂 even next day also . All shops close during promotion period??

Great food apps but the service for delivery sometime took 2-3 hours. This will be my last order using by this apps.
