slow on delivery
need to improve on delivery.
No change in the status
Status remain the same preparing our order. But after almost an hour then order came to the door. Please update the status. I called the place 3rd time but no one picks up.
Apps needs improvement
Placed an order, succesful. Monitor the tracking order section every minute, the status still not change, still in "your order has been accepted". Then about 30 mins later, received a call from the branch telling me that my order are ready. To make sure, I once again view the tracking status. It was still in the "your order has been accepted". The apps needs improvement.

doesn’t send the OTP for both phone number & email. waited for so longgg. i had enough
