For a busy parent like me, it is very convenient for Jollibee to have an app like this. Just order it online while working and skipping the queue. Always my go-to lunch for my kids.

No change in the status
Status remain the same preparing our order. But after almost an hour then order came to the door. Please update the status. I called the place 3rd time but no one picks up.
Apps needs improvement
Placed an order, succesful. Monitor the tracking order section every minute, the status still not change, still in "your order has been accepted". Then about 30 mins later, received a call from the branch telling me that my order are ready. To make sure, I once again view the tracking status. It was still in the "your order has been accepted". The apps needs improvement.

Log-in Problem
doesn’t send the OTP for both phone number & email. waited for so longgg. i had enough

Slow
Please update / upgrade the apps. I didnt receive any OTP. Tried so many time but still the same. None! using email / phone number still didnt work to receive any OTP.
OTP
the otp isso complicated, state that they have sent OTP via SMS but i don’t receive it so i tried again but using email, i entered the code and it said it’s wrong. they asked to wait for 5 minutes to try again when we are all hungry!
OTP
If the app is still not ready, it’s better not to launch it. The OTP request is slow, and sometimes it doesn’t arrive at all. Please improve your app’s responsiveness to make it easier for customers to place orders through it.
Useless app
1 day i try to get otp from massage but never have, and when i use email i got the OTP but apps said “wrong OTP” and when i want to use my addres they said cannot delivery there whatt?? Its brunei not a huge country tho
Glitches
I’ve just downloaded this app, but when I was to order and came across the sign up page, I couldnt even sign up bcs I’m stuck with the terms and conditions alert. Ofcourse, I’ve ticked the bos already but it still cant proceed with my sign up. Do fix this, but for now, I’ll just use gomamam.
