Total scam kyc 2 required passport for us withdrawal
I’ve been waiting for my basic KYC verification to go through and it’s been weeks. AI is no help. Customer service passed around all script went to go withdraw money from my account after passing KYC now I have to pass KYC2, which requires a US passport so you can put investment in you just can’t take it out unless you have a passport this would’ve been great to know before starting the whole thing

Locked out no response from support
I have been using go mining for a while now with little to no problems but today it forced me to download an authentication app and after I set it up, it kept saying that the authentication code was incorrect, and when I tried to disable it, it said that the authentication code was incorrect so now I can neither withdraw or disable the 2FA that I have never had to use in the past… and I am getting no response from support in the app. Absolute CRINGE at this point.

The whole app
So far, I’ve been using the app for a short period of time, but I’ve learned way more about cryptocurrency and mining and the aspect of ASIO and the infrastructure of everything I really like this app and I’m hoping that I have a bright future with this app
Good app.
The only thing the interface is missing is a section showing discounts, mining power, and total earnings—all broken down—for solo mining.
