Freezing and glitching
This app stops working randomly while in the middle of going over Property’s or trying to schedule appointments. When searching properties it also doesn’t allow me to click on homes and actually pull up the information. This makes it very difficult for me to serve my clients needs. Not sure how to fix this, but maybe an updated server or something along those lines.

I love how I can see houses for sell anywhere I want! I am not disappointed yet.
Constant No Listings Found Message
Keep incorrectly getting this error message even though the app is setup to find any for sale homes. Pops up over and over. Very disappointing that there is nowhere from the app to report a bug other than “feedback”. Now the maps won’t zoom in and out properly either. Such a terrible app.
Obsolete interface, very limited functionality
1980’s look in 2019 era of modern interface. You can’t rearrange listing by price while in List mode which is very annoying and time consuming.
If you are an Agent, the sales history link never work. There’s nothing there. You can’t view attached docs like disclosures, floor plans, survey, etc.
This may be free for regular consumers but REALTORS have to give up pawn this first born for this!

Great App
Since having this app at my fingertips it has been my first go to, literally. It’s easy, and fast for on the go and to pull up some quick info on a property. I love anything that makes my work easier

Great app but still needs work
I have been using the app extensively as we search for a home. It usually works very well and allows me to share info with my spouse and my realtor. Occasionally, I lose the menu bar above which allows you to search and toggle between a list the properties and the map which can be frustrating. At that point I have to exit and reopen the app to get it to work properly again.

The app is a great concept! However the information available on the app is no where near what is available on the MLS. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to get information about a property on the go but this app doesn’t provide it. Other than that, the app works great! Just needs to be updated and expanded.

Annoying
Ok app, but it opens itself up on my phone 9-10 times a day without prompting. It's extremely annoying (and dangerous!) because it will open randomly while I'm driving and using my GPS.
Best MLS app I've used to date
I wish it had a few more fields to search, but overall, it's definitely the least-buggy and -cumbersome MLS app I've had the option to use.
Password reset not available
The app logged me out and I keep using the "reset password" link. Every time I enter my email for my password to be reset the website gives me an error saying the email address and password must be provided. There's no spot for a password to be entered but at the same time...I'm trying to reset my password! 😤

Big improvement!
Easy to navigate, quick data load, big improvement from previous app.
One of the best!
Intuitive...accurate...user friendly. It didn't take long to figure out how to use the app and now I use it daily. It provides most of the information I am looking for and rarely gives me trouble. As a realtor, my only complaint is what it doesn't provide compared to what I get on my local MLS. The gap in info isn't great enough for me to want to get rig of the app though.

Pretty Great
I really like the layout and ease of search on this and much prefer it to the MLS Matrix website. I would appreciate being able to search for expired listings (maybe I can and just can't figure out how) and for the builder and the list date to be on the listing.
Some Bigger Issues
Two big things I don't like that should be there. 1) How do you not have subdivision search on an app for Realtors? That should be search basic #1. 2) no status change history. MLS Touch had status change history. This does not.
Does what I need it to!
This app is so much faster, cleaner, and intuitive than previous apps. Haven't explored all the features yet, but when I'm out in the field w/ a client it gets me all the info I need quickly without having to hunt for it and that aspect alone makes me extremely happy! I love it.
This should be better
It can't possibly be that hard for ABOR/MLS to provide a decent app. This is ineffective and provides no measurable benefit. I get a better result just using the web browser on my mobile devices. MLS Touch was better. How many Realtors are paying dues now?

Unimpressed! MLS Touch is so much better - and does so much more.
