This app is great for reporting illegal activity like like loitering and fire works!
New setup not user friendly
I loved this app before the last update. Items were easily located. Now I have to hunt through the website to find what used to be a simple click on the homepage.
Broken app for a busted city!
App is glitchy and barely works. If you do get it to work and post an issue…. Good luck getting Modesto to respond. The city is under funded with a horrible amount of homeless and tons of property crime. Many city employees are disgruntled and don’t even try to hide it. The police department is basically non existent in my experience.

This app is awful
This app is a total waste of tax payer money. I like the idea behind it- but the app is super buggy. Once you log out, don’t ever plan to get back in because it won’t let you reset your password and constantly says incorrect user name and password. Modesto, GO improve your app.
Fast reaction if your smart about it
As long as you send pictures and say the complaint in detail, they reply very fast.
Great app
App is easy to navigate and user friendly. I am able to report issues within the city instantly and receive notifications when city officials have escalated the case/ complaint.
Doesn’t work
Used to be a great app. Now it hardly works.
Who to contact when app doesn’t work
Used to love this app. It used to be easy to use. I used to do a “request Service” and would then receive follow ups on the progress. Now I can’t even submit a request! AND there is no information on the app of who to contact if there are issues using the app.
Reinstalled App
I was unable to use the app, as it wouldn’t connect. I reinstalled it and that resolved the issue.
No longer works
Loved this App. Potholes, trash and graffiti were fixed in 2 days!!

App crashes when you open it. I even had trouble downloading it.

This is a known issue with iOS 14 update and GoModesto! The GoModesto! developers/engineers are sending a fix to the Apple Store. For our agency (City of Modesto) it should be there in a few days. Thank you for your concern and patience regarding this issue.
App crashes/closes at login
This app would be great if the user could log in and use it. Instead, it crashes and closes the second you try to log in, rendering the app useless.

Home in neighborhood big problem
Please note complaints on a home in neighborhood had been a problem for over year and half (?) waiting to see when problem be solved on recent complain again. Two homeowners moved/sold due to problem house. Squatters, drugs, no utilities, garbage in yard neighbors tired of nuisance.
Excellent - Convenient - Effective
As a new homeowner, I have come to really appreciate this app. I can report an issue, pay my bill, stay updated on what’s happening in Modesto, etc. it’s all there. Recently, I reported an issue and within one week the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the city’s efforts to assist the citizens of Modesto.

Deleting app
I'm deleting this app. COM employees don't respond to anything of the post or questions in a timely manner and when they do they respond with it's ok it's supposed to be like that. Go Modesto is meant to improve the city. I don't see that happening. Another waste by the city. Great job.
