Not recognising my subscription
This app was fine until today when it wouldn’t recognise my subscription. I renewed in January as I’ve done every year for a while. I have a Readly sub do I often read on that app but I like to own these magazines. Today it tells me I need to restore purchase but it hasn’t succeeded in recognising that I have a sub. It gave the message to contact them- who them is they didn’t say and no way on the app to seek help. Needless to say I’m a bit annoyed

Going round in circles trying to contact someone to sort a problem with the App, please help!

Stopped working
App no longer opens. I cannot access my digital magazines. Best avoided until the developer fixes it.
Avoid this, it doesn’t work anymore
I spent a small fortune on online magazines but it stopped working with an IOS update. Really disappointed with BBC. Avoid the app.

App Crashing - when will it be updated?
If the BBC aren’t going to update this App, I’d like reimbursement for the magazines I’ve bought. I bought 2 magazines in September including the Christmas magazine and others previously and the App keeps crashing. I can see from the comments this has been a problem since October and nothing has been done and by the looks of things the comments are being ignored.

App no longer works
Since the last IOS update the app crashes when launched so all the issues I have paid for I can’t read - please fix the app!
Poointless App - avoid
- current mag not shown in list
- already a print subscriber so why would I pay full price again for an additional digital version, especially when it arrives in the app days after print version?

Not working!!!
App doesn't work anymore. Tried to open the issues I paid for (!!!) and cannot open them. Loading screen frozen at 0%. iPad Air user who would love to have his money back. Paid for 4 issues and cannot look at them anymore.

I thought I was subscribing to bbc bakes and cakes as it was listed in description but no if I want an issue of that its 2.99 what exactly did I get for my 7.99!!!!
