App needs some attention
I received an email from Good Greek stating that I should download the app to keep track of my upcoming move. I was instructed to click “forgot password” to retrieve the password they created for me. I tried doing this but the password never gets sent to my email. So I’m unable to log in and look at my account. Honestly, I never would have thought to download an app for a move. But since they sent the email, I thought it may be beneficial to do so. I guess that still could be the case but we’ll never know since I can’t access my account.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS, STAY AWAY
All the five star reviews are probably from employees or family members. This company is a joke. They breached their contract by being late with our move, and then when we got our things, the expensive electronic items were missing (stolen), items were broken, and MY MOTHER’s FUNERARY URN WITH HER ASHES WAS DESTROYED.

App is pointless
You can’t track the truck or see an ETA of delivery date. Doesn’t update in teal time and truck says “lost”. What’s the point of the app? Is it to only hold the documents? If so, my email does that. Totally pointless and have to call them anyway about the location of the truck during this 1,200 mile move.
