Digital access

When I renewed my subscription it was supposed to include digital access. I can’t get access to it and it says I’m out of free articles. I’m only getting 6 magazines and no digital.

Unresponsive and inaccesible; I’m not impressed

I have been a subscriber for several years but recently have been unable to locate, never mind download, the July/August 2025 edition. It simply does not appear, even when I restore my purchases. I am repeatedly asked to pay for issues even though I have an active subscription. I have tried contacting the developers and their responses have been unhelpful. The FAQs section tells me “access denied”. This is unacceptable. I am canceling my subscription, which is a shame because I enjoyed reading the magazine.
