The app promises you can scan your receipts for Rewards but when you try, it doesn’t work. It’s a way to make you keep buying more and think that you’ll save money when you never will because they won’t ever accept the receipt that you scan. Scamming people. Yes I’ve reached out twice and heard nothing

Very insufficient
New layout makes the app lack character. Icons made the tops distinguishable.
Points exclusively being receipt based is way too greedy; I quickly uploaded mobile receipts from tops but no submissions beyond 60 days are allowed…
The scan option is useless. Has poor recognition, especially alongside other toppers. I’m not going to hold each top one by one perfectly in frame just to get a 50% success rate. No continuous scan mode either – VERY inconvenient when catching up on tops accumulated in the past weeks/months.
Manually adding tops is a nightmare. You will be able to seamlessly add ONE (1) additional top before getting stuck on that screen and not able to go back to “all tops”. Making you have to now go BACK to “collections” > “all tops” > scroll from the very top of the entry list. Over and over again. If im not eligible to receive points without a receipt, why are you purposely making it harder for me to MANUALLY add to my collection?

The Update
The new update is horrible! You can’t add more than one kid to it and that’s something I loved about the old one bc I have two girls. They loved to see what they had (bc they always wanted different ones). I don’t like how you can’t put a star on them and how you can’t see what’s in the vault unless you click on the sprout. The new update wiped out all of the girls points and it won’t let me scan the recipe to get points. If it doesn’t change soon then I’m just going to delete the app.

Why did your remove podz, my daughter loves the podz but we realized we couldn’t find them in stores anymore and then she found this app and it had podz and spouts but it said podz were able to add to collection but you could find new ones and now you removed the podz section and turned it into the snack things I just want to know why you removed podz because if u added them back in stores and created an option for that me would still use this app

Hate the update
I liked that it would say under each new lid if it was available or in the vault, now you have to click on each one individually and it’s annoying because so many are in the vault! Can you place ones you can’t even purchase anymore in a separate category all together? I wish you would bring back ones in the vault for kids who weren’t around when they were out. My son would love so many of the ones not available.

Want the old app back…
The old app was better than this new one and I do not like where you have to upload receipts at all. As I don’t buy all of my granddaughters drinks, some family members get them for her. So earning points will not be an option now.
I love Good2Grow but
I love Good2Grow. But I would love the old app back. With this new app, it deleted all of the ones I’d collected so now I have to go and re add those back to the app. Plus I have 2 kids that collect them and on this new app, I can’t separate them between children.

Can we have the old app back?
So, when I first read the notifications about the new features in the new app, I was pretty excited. Now that I’m using it, I just want the old app back. It’s almost impossible to get points from receipts because it just keeps telling me it’s “outside of the promotional period” and one said that it wasn’t sold in stores anymore… but I’d just bought it that day. I’d rather have the old app with no points for receipts, because the feature doesn’t even work anyway. Also, I used to be able to remove something if I added the wrong thing. Not possible anymore. I added some of the snack toppers as that wasn’t an option before, and afterwards realized I’d put in the wrong thing. There’s no way to remove it though.

Bring back the symbol pictures!
My son used to love this app. He looked almost everyday and loved to grow his collection. He is only 4, but he could understand if a spout was in the vault or if it was rare based on the picture symbols. Now he is heartbroken that his symbols are gone!
Also his points are all gone, and the games he loved to play are gone as well! Bring back the old app!!! Please!

Absolutely TERRIBLE
Scan receipt for points, wont work, scan top to add to collection (uh oh cant find) go to add manually and it doesnt add it to my collection. I was adding baby box cause we were so excited to find it and it added Rubble and Optimus Prime, try again, nope it adds groot and lightening McQueen to my collection. I LITERALLY ADDED BABY BOX MANUALLY AND ITS STILL WRONG. This was my first attempt cause this app sounded so fun but deleting immediately.

Every time I go to scan a top it freezes and doesn’t go through I have to close the app every time and it still doesn’t allow me to scan any of them

I was in the middle of writing an detailed review when it glitched and erased everything. 🙃
The app is more than likely just mining for emails- it’s glitchy, you can’t get logged in if you used Apple’s strong password that Safari offered and saved on the website (it doesn’t have an option for automatic password fill-in/transfer, so the Keychain won’t work), and the ‘forgot password’ link is for verification, not for resetting the password. It’s honestly bizarre. The glowing reviews are mainly for the juice, not the app. The app reviews tell a different story. Most of the good reviews are also beyond-obviously incentivized, which is nerve-grating. Side note- if we’re talking about the juice, they’re mostly apple juice, so if your child has an allergy, understand they will still be primarily drinking apple juice.

I don’t know what’s going on with this app. I cannot scan any of my spouts I don’t even have an option. I only have an option to scan the Podz.
