No customer service! Avoid them!
I got my card last month. I didn’t use them until last week. I gave it a try. It didn’t let me to use it after a few days. It kept saying we need to check a few things. Today, it logged me out. I tried to login and it couldn’t find my account. I wrote an email to customer support and no response. My bank is one of the supported bank and they couldn’t deduct money. My accountant is still connecting to them.

Was charged $32.54
I was charged $32.54 from my TD Bank account. I tried contacting support and nobody answered. I didn’t purchase anything for $32.54.

Poor Customer Service
I got my card on 8/18 & immediately messaged customer service because the option to update my bank account was not in the app- it’s the one you signed up with period, you have no options to update if it you’ve had to change your bank.
It took almost 2 weeks to get a response, which is not a promising look.

Can’t even get past linking my bank I get the same Error every time seems kinda sketchy to be honest..
I hope they aren’t stealing my information.. I get the option to contact support but when I click on it it dose absolutely nothing..
