Need to add more options
Still need to add all the options available in the main CRM properly and redefine the UI, for more smooth functionality
Use it every single day
I honestly didn’t expect much, but I now use the app more than the desktop version. Especially love that I can reply to cọmments and log time. Super underrated app.
Very solid cọmpanion app
Honestly, the desktop version is one of the best project tools I’ve seen. The app isn’t as flexible, but it’s great for staying in the loop.
Task updates in seconds
I like how fast I can update statuses or leave a quick note. Most project management apps feel too heavy — this one gets it right.
GoodDay is Amazing
I use iOS and everything works perfectly for me. Yes, the functionality is a bit limited, but the app is constantly being updated, and the platform itself is excellent. Definitely 5 stars.
Doesn’t work
Once you sign up the app gets stuck at “select organization” screen, even if you close the app and reopen it. Useless.
App is essentially non-functional
I really like website and use it as my primary account and client organizational software. I’d like to have the app for quick check ins and task management but I can’t even select the organizations that allow me into the app. This is really pretty atrocious.
Excellent App!
We’re loving this app now that it has the chat function! We just wish there was a dark mode. Hopefully soon! Keep up the good work.
Cant login!
I cant login to my account
Fake sign in with apple
They offer a button to sign in with apple, but it only works after you already made an account. Defeats the point of offering it.
Great tool with abandoned iOS app
We use it heavily through web interface. As a devshop we tried multiple project management tools Trello, Breeze, Asana, Jira while finally settled nicely with Goodday, which replaced for is a combo of Jira+Planyway/Tempo.
While Goodday is an amazing platform itself and works great via web interface. iOS app is completely neglected. Example: its not possible to edit task description via iOS app, its simply ignored updates.
Please update your iOS app and fix at least major show stopping bugs.

Can’t believe this is not more well known
Ok, long review, but I’ve spent 2 weeks testing and tearing my hair out trying to find a project management software that would suit me (starting a business as a solo entrepreneur, looking for automations and optimised workflows to help me juggle all the hats I have to wear). Figure a detailed review with my findings might help some of you avoid the same levels of frustration lol. I tried about 15 app, including all the most popular ones. Every one of them had a dealbreaker I couldn’t get past. As I was about to give up I stumbled on a reddit post mentioning GoodDay and I’m so thrilled to have found it! It ticks my non negotiable which are:
- dependencies
- automations
- the ability to create templates and also to push any updates to templates across any deployed instances
- dark mode
- custom fields
- List/table views (not kanban only)
- flexible customisable dashboard
- affordable
- has a mobile app
- easy to use
It's UI & UX are great and make logical sense for the most part (to me anyway). It's also really powerful without being overly convoluted, which I personally found frustrating about apps like ClickUp, and because it's laid out so well it's really easy to jump into and doesn't require a long orientation period like apps like Notion. It also has quite a bit of drag and drop functionality that makes it easier to organise things. Also even the business plan is only $7/month.
The main drawback is that, with the things that aren’t so intuitive to me, it can be hard to find answers on how to do them/where to find them, because the help articles tend to gloss over the basics of ‘where do you find the thing’, or can be a bit outdated. And there’s only just a tiny reddit community that I believe got started by someone not affiliated with the app only a few weeks ago. The app itself seems to have been around for several years and gets regular updates, so idk.
But if more people use the app and engage with the reddit this could be one the best productivity apps out there! Please join the reddit if you choose to use the app so we can ask each other questions!
Oh also, I should mention that it is also very suited to team integration and has all the major team features as far as I can tell (don’t quote me on that because that’s not my focus atm). I just specified that I’m a solo entrepreneur because I previously got excited by the app Monday and then realised they don’t offer anything less than a 3 seat subscription, which is well beyond the means of a fresh business. I think GoodDay’s free plan seems to have more functionality than most, but I’m planning on upgrading to the business plan in the near future as soon as I start hitting limits on automations etc.
Anyway, this app is well worth a try, and surprisingly great for something I’d never heard of until last week!

Great in browser but not in app
I absolutly love goodday and do suggest anyone to try it out. It works very well in browser or the desktop app, but the phone app is missing many features, formatting and a good and simple UI design. Hope they update the app soon and make it as good as the rest!
App Lacking
EDIT: The new interface looks fantastic!!! Great improvement~ +1 star, but the app still really needs different views & a timer function. Currently only use the app as a simple “preview” to peek at what’s coming up.
——
Use the PC version. This app is lacking like 90% of the features. Might check back in a few months to see if more basic features are added but for now, I’m working on my PC anyway so….. Please consider adding the following features. 1. VIEWS - calendar, boards, etc! 2. TIMER - sync to desktop.. and sync to apple watch would be amazing! 3. (bonus!) WIDGETS - to easily start/stop and manage tasks

Web app is best PM anywhere, BUT No ipad app, and sad iPhone app
I will use the web app for sure after comparing features to ALL other, for the price (0), it is unbelievably great. HOWEVER, sadly the iPhone only app is one of the worst PM app out there. I truly hope they are working on a rewrite that will be released any day because a planning web app this good deserves a matching superior iOS iPhone AND iPad app. When that does happen, all the rest will be left in the dust as they are all FAR over priced.

Low features compared to other services
Overall it’s nice it has an app, almost required especially if you need to look at a project or a task on the go - but it is not really fit for purpose and prone to the occasional crash.
You cannot see To Do lists on project tasks in the app or mark them as complete, you also cannot on the mobile app so you need to use the desktop app for this.
Overall I think as a project management service it has got some decent features but it does need to work on them to become a worthwhile contender.

Ipad version ?
Any plan to update your app for an Ipad version ?
Saludos
