Poor service and delay in pickups and also worried about my data security
Firstly to set up your profile they automatically trace your location and it is difficult to edit your profile and address. The pin code shows not serviceable most of the times and on many occasions the scheduled pickup was not done timely. And once you register with your mobile number they do not allow you to edit it.
Also there’s no data updation on their app as to how much waste they have actually segregated and recycled.
Moreover I am worried about the data security as well

Very poor app
Beyond the UI/UX, I am also worried about data security.
App Issue
I recommended this app to my friend a week ago. She encountered an issue while creating an account, as the input in the address box wasn't allowed. When I attempted to delete and reinstall the app, it wasn't working. Please address and fix this bug promptly.

Rude Customer Service
I raised a complaint regarding my pickup and GoodeeBag’s support staff ended up blaming me for the incompetency of their team.
