Good concept, poor delivery

I was excited to see this app launch, but after being on it for 9 months I am not impressed. Four matches - two were for computer programming (which I do not know how to do) and one for an architectural firm that never replied when I messaged them.
And today I got a job requiring 5 years in diversity and inclusion work, which I don’t have.
Not clear how to respond to job poster.

Love how personal!!

I heard about this app off the radio and thought it was too good to be true. After downloading, I can say how much I love the concept and the way this app works. I love how it bases off your personality. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there wasn’t a lot of matches for me.

Is it worth it?

I downloaded this app as soon as I received the email about it. The app design is seamless and the Path Assessment was a nice feature. I was excited about Goodjob because this looked like the first job app that actually cared about you and your desired work place. However, I have had this app for nearly 3 weeks and there has not been a single match. Coincidently, something similar happened with Fetch as well. I only received 2 matches over the course of 2 years. I had high hopes for Goodjob since they spoke about revamping, but so far it has led to nothing.

Maybe it is because of the job market or that this app is new but I have not received any job matches since I have downloaded the app. The PATH assessment and preferences seem like great app features but so far I have had nothing come up.
