Better than other apps
I had Readwise and Pocket (RIP) and compared to those two I like this one best. It has a much cleaner set-up, its easy to export and import articles, and I can use it on all my IOS devices or as an extension. Really glad it’s not subscription based as well

Developer charges you for future updates
GoodLinks is a simple yet expensive app. You pay and after a year, the developer charges you again for the future updates or you will lose access to features.
You can find lots of free and better alternatives.

One of the best
I put this app in same class as things3, anybox and DEVONthink. It does what it is suppose to do without the nonsensical frills. It works exactly as it is suppose to be. It’s fast & snappy. Love the monetisation model also.

I've been using this app for years, and it just keeps getting better and better. Don't subscribe to any reader services. This is all you need. And all your data remains yours, stored in your iCloud.

As a long time Instapaper user, it wasn’t long before Goodlinks won me over. I love the recent feature that saves Twitter threads

A must-have app for anyone who reads online
GoodLinks is a beautifully designed, lightweight, and powerful read-it-later app. Saving articles is quick, the reading experience is excellent, and the organization features are simple but effective.
I love that it focuses on privacy and ownership instead of forcing subscriptions or unnecessary social features. It feels like having my own personal reading library across all my Apple devices.

Awesome
This app has it all over Instapaper. It collects so much more information while still cutting out all the stuff like ads and everything and making it into a readable article like format.
I want to love this, but seriously … .?
Why cannot I see the finder menu items when I open the app? All I see is the default finder and I don’t even see a settings button in the app. What’s going on here?

Minimal, fast, simple, the best
Been using GoodLinks for about 4 years now and can’t recommend it enough. It’s everything one could need. Love the export and highlighting support when it comes to markdown & other formats.
Easy read-later app
I used Pocket until it was shut down. I found this to be a good replacement. I often scan headlines quickly during the day and save articles to read later, without all the visual “noise.” I like the ability to change font size, make notes and to highlight passages for easy reference. I also like the ease of creating and assigning tags to articles so that you can find them again easily. Really no complaints. Updates bring improvements and further options.

Could be improved
The app does most things well, but its weakest core functionality is definitely parsing. For example, there are issues capturing code blocks and some UI components, which really degrades the reading experience.
