Goodreads is my reading companion and frankly I would be lost without its valuable intel !
It’s ok
Would be super great if there was an alpha scroll bar on the side (takes too long to scroll through all my books to find a specific one), and if you could track loans. So many things could make this app amazing.

Yeah, I recommend the app but Amazon does have stakes in the goodreads company....
The wrong way home
Tightly, brilliantly written. This 88 year old had a 21 year old read it with her out loud. This young girl discovered a book she loved and this 88 year old writer thought the book fabulous for any age!
needs update
fix the bugs asap, including how we can’t see what we rated books on our profile any longer

Can you add four favorites already!! Letterboxd doesn’t have that patented or something does it??
Love the App Buuuuuut…
I love being able to track everything I read and seeing it all tallied up in a cute little recap come year end.
My biggest complaint is not being able to add specific edition of a book when it’s not listed, e.g. I read physical book but only kindle is listed. I don’t know who adds or approves the editions but for the love of whatever is Holly please let us the edition at least, have a drop down menu even… there are books I read but couldn’t add because of this.
Otherwise, it’s good… it will be the best if we could talk back and forth too but this is not like a must have…

Wish they allowed for half stars
My biggest hangup with this app is the lack of flex with stars and not being able to do half a star rating is super annoying. Also wish the algorithm was better set up to provide recc’s based on highest rated books not just recent reads

My favorite book app
I don't know what I would do without GoodReads. They only need half star ratings - it can't be that hard to add.

No qualms
I know there’s negativity around the app being related to Amazon & having limited capabilities. But for me, it does what it says on the tin, it’s easy to navigate.

Problem with dates
It doesn't allow to set the starting date and finishing date of a reading to be the same.

i like how i can’t talk to others and i can see peoples reviews and it helps to pick out my want to read books way easier

Everything else about the app is great, but I would to see the addition of half stars would make it great!
