I like this app to enter my review for my books and keep track of what I read, but I wish it was a little more user-friendly when it comes to data and analytics for books that may have been reviewed
Too many ads
I used to love this app but since you have offered the option for people to purchase the book there are more ads that pop up on my feed when I look for books.

Useful and informative app…
Great for keeping track,of what you’ve read. Really useful to get reviews on potential books to read too…. Plus acts as an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve read.
This app needs a major upgrade
I use this app. I love the concept of it, but it feels so outdated. The app takes forever to load any new info. When I’m done reading a book, I have to pull down on the screen several times for it to update. And this is with anything new that I add. Then on the home page, I can’t tell what the heck I’m liking. Is their review of a book. Or did they like someone else’s review? Come on people. Please update your app! It’s so annoying!

Love the app. Love all the stuff I have logged. Love that I can export data. But for the love of everything book related GIVE US HALF STAR RATINGS. CUTER LAYOUT. AND EVERYTHING RLSE EVERYONE IS BEGGING FOR YEARS FOR! Otherwise it would be a ten.

Easy to use, although I do find it easier on a computer and more user friendly. Also wish half stars were available as an option when rating books! Come on Goodreads!

Private Book Notes
I really wish there was a way to add private notes to a book like you can on the website. It would help me remember WHY I added a particular book to my Want to Read list, and could be useful for other things as well.
Ads and idiots
Ads: have taken over the entire app. The physical website now looks like one giant clickbait as well. Is there a paid version for like $5-$10??? Because I’d pay it, as would others. Then maybe y’all could afford to update and make some improvements—though kudos for FINALLY letting us IOS peeps access a way to buy that doesn’t suck.

When I say there have been almost no improvements, I’m not embellishing. I love Goodreads, but you lost the plot a long time ago. The app gets 3 stars because it’s still better than most, and years of logging are here. But I’m just waiting for something better to come along.
