Impactful

Easy to use, we all need people on their for our friends and family. I’ve been to a few events and helped out

Does not work

App does not work. Will not allow me to login after providing all details. What is the point of an app to find life saving equipment in which you are required to have a lengthy login process that doesn’t actually work. Time waster and dangerous in a real life resuscitation event

Difficult

This App would work alot better if it was easier to use. It is obviously fine when playing on it, but when it actually goes off, its an emergency situation, adrenaline is pumping, and this app is difficult!
When i am stood down, there is no alert, the map just disappears. There is no option to say i have arrived, so the siren continues to go off while im doing chest compressions, which is annoying.

Also, 80% of the time, it wont alert me until the 2min mark and then is quickly sent to next responder!

Needs option to set availability hours

A life-saving app! To be more user friendly, I would love an option to set availability/unavailability automatically. Either by marking yourself unavailable for next 8/10/12 hours and the app automatically turns it back on after the timer is done, or being able to put in your own hourly available periods for the week. If you’re marking yourself unavailable every time you go to work it’s easy to forget to turn it back on again!

Amazing product and initiative

This app undoubtedly saves lives, I’ve personally responded to 3 called in the 2 years I’ve had the app and thankfully only 1 of them I was needed there and did CPR. If you have your certificate and are willing to help, this app can help you be a life saver in your local community sign up
