اسوا تحربه واسوا خدمه عملاء
أسوأ خدمة تعاملت معها على الإطلاق. أنا عميلة لديكم منذ أول يوم لافتتاحكم في مصر، وللأسف مستوى الخدمة يتراجع في كل مرة أكثر من السابقة. لا يوجد أي التزام بالمواعيد، والتوصيل يتأخر بشكل متكرر دون أي اهتمام براحة العميل أو وقته.
أما الأسعار فهي مبالغ فيها بشكل غير مبرر، وأعلى من معظم السوبر ماركت في مصر، رغم أن مستوى الخدمة لا يبرر ذلك إطلاقًا. كنت أتوقع مع مرور الوقت أن تتحسن التجربة، لكن للأسف حدث العكس تمامًا.
بعد سنوات من التعامل معكم، أصبحت تجربة الشراء مصدر إزعاج وإحباط أكثر منها خدمة مريحة. أتمنى أن تراجعوا مستوى الخدمة واحترام مواعيد العملاء، لأنني بصراحة أصبحت أكره التعامل معكم I have been dealing with this company since the day it opened in Egypt, and unfortunately, the service keeps getting worse and worse.
The lack of commitment to delivery times is unbelievable. Orders are constantly delayed, and no one seems to care about customers' time or inconvenience. What makes it even more frustrating is that the prices are significantly higher than almost every other supermarket in Egypt, yet the service quality is among the worst I have experienced.
As a long-time customer, I kept hoping things would improve, but the exact opposite happened. Every order turns into a stressful experience filled with delays, poor service, and disappointment.
Charging premium prices while providing such poor service is simply unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I can honestly say that I regret continuing to deal with this company and will think twice before ordering again.

Great concept, great app, I haven't tried the service yet but browsing through the app I find it very easy to use and intuitive!! I hope the service is as smooth as the app!
