I haven’t taken my kitty to a vet in a long time but everyone at my location was very kind to me and my kitty. So far I’ve had no issues with the app!

I can’t save any of my dogs data. the birthday field errors out. i can’t pick an insurance plan. this app is terrible
The Best!
The south Tampa FL office is the absolute best! The most kind and helpful staff…the doctors are brilliant. I have a very large dog that has had issues with every other vet she’s seen, but the expertise they have keeps her calm and healthy. I highly recommend this office, if you love your baby.
No update available
My app worked fine the first day and then the next day required an update but the App Store didn’t have one and now I can’t even get in the app at all because it says the version I downloaded is no longer supported but there is no update available.

The app won’t update and won’t let me open my account.
Can’t skip review
The new app update doesn’t allow you to x out of a survey. The survey window just keeps popping up and prevents use of the app. If you do submit a survey, it then tries to force you to submit a review to Google. If you don’t want to do that, the app is completely unusable.
App login is garbage
I love the app, but why can’t I login with my password?
Just have a simple username and password login, it’s useful for password managers, pass keys, and people who hate having to go to their email to get a code when they know their password that they’ve already created for this account…

I would love this app if I was able to login without using Face ID / passcode. I’ve never needed this for any other app.
100% would not recommend using this app.
I created an account and even though my address is in Florida and I put the address of the Flordia location. It defaulted my vet location in Kansas with no way to change it. My location can’t even help me. This makes the app pointless to even try to make an appointment. My location even said they don’t recommend anyone use the app. If the Kansas location is yours definitely download this otherwise don’t.

Makes you login every time you open the app
What’s the point of having an app if you have to login manually every time?
Dead in arrival
This app doesn’t even get you beyond the email verification. It’s an endless loop of “please confirm your email” over and over and over again. Pretty frustrating.
Does not work at all
First of all, I’ve been going to GoodVets for 4 years, and none of my pets’ information was carried over. Secondly, I cannot even add a pet. Everything errors all the time. I even tried it through the web app and nothing works. I would love for this app to work and do what it’s supposed to so, but, right now, it’s a waste of space on my phone.
