Good easy to use app
This app is easy to use for those that are just learning to be tech savvy & for the ones that are however there are some Goodwin clients that are confused at times because when they are trying to find a Carer for a particular day they seem to put the developers name instead of the carer this leads to the clients that this is a person.
It is confusing to those who can’t understand how the app works & seem to think that until they actually receive a phone call or a text message..it’s then they know who their carer is. I feel that if the scheduling team are organizing to find a particular carer for their clients put something like “to be arranged” instead of Hayylo.
