First app where I can make money while the app does

This app is great because it works for you! They don’t make money unless you are making money. Also it isn’t constantly spamming you like other apps. They can’t message you unless you apply for jobs. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant Concept

Goodwork is going to be game changer in healthcare hiring. Clearly built by healthcare professionals and recruiters who’ve seen the flaws in traditional staffing models we know all too well, it flips the script, putting workers first with real transparency, control, and a 50/50 fee share. If you’re in healthcare and exploring your next role, this is absolutely worth checking out. Excited to watch this grow and reshape the archaic job boards of the past!

FAQ

What does Goodwork World do?

Goodwork World is a job application designed specifically for healthcare professionals. It aims to create a more transparent and fair hiring process by sharing a portion of the hiring fee with the professional when they get hired. Recruiters are held accountable for their response times and application reviews.

How does the fee sharing work?

When a healthcare professional is hired through the app, Goodwork World shares 50% of the hiring fee with that professional. This model ensures that the app only gets paid if the user gets paid, aligning incentives for a successful placement.

Who is this app for?

This app is for all healthcare professionals in the U.S., whether they are clinical or non-clinical, entry-level or advanced. This includes roles like pharmacists, therapists, technicians, nurses, physicians, and administrative staff in various types of positions, including travel, permanent, per diem, and remote.

What makes this app different from other job boards?

Unlike traditional job boards, this app prioritizes transparency and accountability. Recruiters cannot contact users unless they apply, and users can see recruiter stats and application status updates. Each recruiter has a limited number of applicants per job, ensuring applications receive timely attention.

Is there a cost to use Goodwork World?

The application is free to download and use. The monetization model is based on sharing hiring fees with the professionals who get hired, and the app also has advertisements.
