Unbelievably wonderful app
First app where I can make money while the app does
This app is great because it works for you! They don’t make money unless you are making money. Also it isn’t constantly spamming you like other apps. They can’t message you unless you apply for jobs. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been so sick of Vivian nd a another traveler said this app is killing Vivian. At first I was like this basic and ugly and not as many jobs as Vivian, but now I get it. This app only wins when I do and they give me half the fee they get from the agency!? And the app automatically tracks rate drops, bait and switches, and ghosting so now these agencies have consequences if they treat me bad!!! Now I tell my recruiters they need to send my offers in this app so I can hold them accountable and get the Gw bonu$

1st job ap to only get $ if I do
i’ve tried tons of job apps and this is the only one where i get paid if i get hired. like they give you half of what the app makes?? never seen that before. also recruiters can’t see you unless you apply so no more random spam calls or texts. and if a recruiter ghosts you it shows up on their profile lol. way better than indeed or vivian where you just send apps into a black hole. at least here i know what’s going on and who’s worth applying to

Im a travel nurse who’s tried all these job apps like Vivian, indeed, zip recruiter, etc. so here’s the main differences I see
the recruiters can only talk to you when you apply to their job which I like because I’m sick of all the spam
And Gw charges the agency or hospital a % of the pay package if I work and Gw send me half of the fees they receive from the agency when I work
Also they track both sides stats so there are real consequences for bait and switch, rate drops, cancellations, and ghosting 👻
