The app does not recognize my email address!
Horrible Company
I really wanted to love my Goodyear tires however the Goodyear service has just been beyond problematic. It started with them losing our rebate 3 times and then taking zero effort to help solve it. This then resulted with a deeper dive into their customer service and support. By far one of the worst companies I’ve experienced and from now on we are switching to Michelin.

Won’t recognize me?
I have had my card and online access for years but the app doesn’t recognize my registered email so I can’t set it up. Will delete this dumb app right now. What a waste.
