Nightmare to use; employer, IT, and myself, all with major issues with use, navigation, infrastructure. Everything that possibly could go wrong with an app— causing all individuals involved to lose key time at work
Does NOT work right
Pre-job Checklist will not allow a supervisor name to write in the field and it does not complete the document.
Can’t not get Past Primary user
Primary user needs to be filled but has not enter button, and by pressing back arrow deletes this.
Then you can not save the file case because a primary field has not been filled in.

Dumpster fire new app
This app is complete garbage. Supervisor name doesn’t appear. My own name doesn’t appear. BACK TO BESAFE!
Delete and Re-install every month
Every single month I have to delete and reinstall this app so it refreshes. New monthly training does not show up until this redundant task is completed. Almost every person that works with me in my branch has to do the same.
