Can’t not get Past Primary user
Primary user needs to be filled but has not enter button, and by pressing back arrow deletes this.
Then you can not save the file case because a primary field has not been filled in.

This app is complete garbage. Supervisor name doesn’t appear. My own name doesn’t appear. BACK TO BESAFE!
Delete and Re-install every month
Every single month I have to delete and reinstall this app so it refreshes. New monthly training does not show up until this redundant task is completed. Almost every person that works with me in my branch has to do the same.
Needs a lot of work
Text is too small contrast is horrible. Hard to read no way to adjust anything. Need to edit order and remove things that don’t apply to you.

Blurry photos
Why is it that every photo that is attached in this app are so blurry that there is basically no point in even attaching any? I have image compression setting turned off and they are still blurry. Also, why do the settings go back to default every time the app updates?

Every time I open this “app” theres a forced update, which forces a log out and no remembered password. Due to the strictness of the app, I’m forced to change the password each time theres an update. Horrible app.

We have used this platform since 2018. Overall it supplies everything we need. The company continues to expand the capabilities of the platform based upon customer feedback. We have had great success using this platform.

App worked when it was PMAPS! What a awful name what suit decided to name it this? App doesn’t let me watch safety videos anymore.

For over a month now I haven’t been able to login to the app as it won’t accept the password, and has locked me out.
The only help you can get tells you to go through the process of forgetting your password that doesn’t work they email you a code to put in but that don’t work.
Hopefully the new owners will sort the many issues in the phone app and online portal, the issue have been getting and that’s probably why the system has been sold as it can’t be fixed!
There are Better electronic EHS reporting system out there try your best to get your organisation to not use this One, you will get RSI from the number of time you have to click OK to confirm everything you do within the system, and you will find your self putting the kettle on more as you find yourself constantly waiting for the pages to load after doing anything, as it refreshes all the data, it’s painfully slow!

Waste of time
This whole process is the biggest waste of time going. What’s the point of reporting near misses then nothing is done. It’s just for someone sat behind a desk to look at nonsense figures and think all is good. Most people just make them up now, when you do report legit incidents it’s brushed under the carpet, the whole app and process is pointless.
