Need changes
GOODYEAR as a whole does not care about any of their workers safety. Knowing we are on the side of the freeway in all climates and all times a day and they want us to keep taking more spending more time on the of getting hurt. We need to stop updating this app, plain and simple. We shouldn’t have to take 1 million different pictures just to complete a call. They cost out for tire service. We changed the tire simple as that.

Photos need to be able to be reviewed after photo is uploaded
App seems ok to use wish I could open photos to get tag numbers off the pic instead of walking back to unit it get that info. Especially with the service tickets going paperless
Not fixed. Just worse
I can’t not get into app now and I need it for my job. Will not load up. Or ask me to update when no update. So it not fixed just worse.
Awful
One of the most unoptimized and unnecessarily convoluted apps I’ve ever used - and it’s not just for pleasure, I need this app to do my job. Billion dollar company btw.
Whoever developed the app needs to fix it
The developers need to take the criticism from all the techs writing these reviews. We’re boots on the ground and make GY the money. Get ya heads out your a**
