Don’t use
I received a $5 promotional bonus bet and won. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was not allowed to withdraw the funds unless I placed another wager first. This requirement was not clear to me when I accepted the promotion. I feel the terms and conditions should be explained more transparently so customers understand exactly what is required before winnings can be withdrawn. Overall, the withdrawal process was confusing and frustrating.

Work to be Done
Don’t like when you win a bonus bet you have to win twice. My one gripe with the app. You should be able to withdraw after you win a bet not win it twice. It’s screwed me multiple times when I should’ve been able to cash out on any other app.

Can’t delete your account and support chat pins a live game to the top. No remorse.

Best Option for Everyday Players
This app is the best option for everyday players who don’t have the time to search every site for the best odds available (or have accounts on 7 different platforms…). They also have the best GameCast experience of any app I have used and it makes the sweat that much better. They also have updates what feels like weekly (maybe more often) that keep adding new features which is pretty cool. Great product, highly recommended.
