When the time is off
When the timing is off or the clocks off or something is off, the Authenticator keeps giving me codes, but the program won’t take it says it’s the wrong code. So I can’t get in and when it does that, it’s a mess.

Terrible—- you should be ashamed of yourselves . The app doesn’t really work , it is not user friendly and it is clearly run by millennials who are incompetent . Nothing can fix it

I’ve had multiple authorization codes on here for years and now I can’t even get into the app before it shuts down completely, therefore leaving me locked out of SEVERAL accounts which most but not all are of extreme importance to how I live and navigate life.

The directions and instructions to get this set up are awful! Need QR code to set up the app and directs you to the app to get a QR code but you need a QR code before you can access a QR code in the app.
