Absolute garbage. Iโve been trying to reset my account for months after my original device died and nothing has worked. Their customer service is worthless. Even attempting to delete my account keeps failing. Use anything other than this app.
Updated App Signs Out
Main character syndrome for this app. They wanted to get Twilio in the name of the app so they made a new app and signed everyone out so I have to search for the key to sign in now. You have one job - give a code to sign in. Just do your job. Iโm moving away from this app and uninstalling ASAP.
Great product, makes safety simple
Always works, I appreciate apps that make it easy to have good security practices. Especially like the push notification pattern
No longer works??
I used this app for YEARS to keep my accounts safe. It worked perfectly for a long time, but recently it has absolutely stopped working. Despite loading codes and 2FA being enabled, the codes donโt work and I would be locked out of my accounts if not for having saved recovery codes. I havenโt uninstalled or changed phones or anything. It just doesnโt work. Iโm disappointed and frustrated. Iโm also sad they removed the desktop version.
