My employer forces me to use this app. I am doing this survey so that Authy stops sending me survey requests.
Locked out of everything
The fact you can't submit a request to generate a new authentication app if you happen to break or lose the device the code was stored on is the dumbest and most predatory business clause. Literally screwed out of 20 different accounts.
