Do the devs even use this app?
I don't think they do. The UI and UX of this app has gone so far downhill it's not even on the hill anymore. I really hate leaving reviews like this because I know how hard developers work, but I've given this app six months of pain and I'm over it. I'm gone.
1) searching for an app? Type the name. Want to copy the code? You think you should tap the thing you searched for? Wrong, it deletes the word you search and you lose the item
2) the update from a few months ago removed all the logos and switched them to generic icons so you couldn't see what was what. I thought this was an error and would get corrected. Nope. They kept it.
3) scrolling up and down in abysmal. If you placed your thumb on an item in your list, it won't scroll forcing you to place your thumb in between items to scroll up and down.
It's obvious this company doesn't care about user experience. Makes you wonder how much they actually care about security.

Recently receiving login attempts- right after recent authy app via App Store update-for accounts using Authy that I am NOT attempting to access! This was following recent 9/2026 update! Please verify this wasn't some breach!!!

Great but…
… sadly they have stopped support for Mac. The iOS app does its job very well and I’ve used it for years however if you need a desktop version they’ve pulled it for some reason.

Please add a dark mode toggle . . .
The app is fantastic just like it is on Android but, please add a dark mode for it. The bright white layout physically hurts to look at. I’m really disappointed that the dark mode toggle isn’t present on iOS and that ignores iOS being set to dark.

Don’t use this app
Absolute garbage. I’ve been trying to reset my account for months after my original device died and nothing has worked. Their customer service is worthless. Even attempting to delete my account keeps failing. Use anything other than this app.
Updated App Signs Out
Main character syndrome for this app. They wanted to get Twilio in the name of the app so they made a new app and signed everyone out so I have to search for the key to sign in now. You have one job - give a code to sign in. Just do your job. I’m moving away from this app and uninstalling ASAP.
Great product, makes safety simple
Always works, I appreciate apps that make it easy to have good security practices. Especially like the push notification pattern
No longer works??
I used this app for YEARS to keep my accounts safe. It worked perfectly for a long time, but recently it has absolutely stopped working. Despite loading codes and 2FA being enabled, the codes don’t work and I would be locked out of my accounts if not for having saved recovery codes. I haven’t uninstalled or changed phones or anything. It just doesn’t work. I’m disappointed and frustrated. I’m also sad they removed the desktop version.

Why can't I change the order of accounts with drag and drop anymore. It drags but the order isn't saved next time I open the app. Fix this please
No export available.
Once you sell your soul to authy its there forever. There is no export available and if you get locked out it’s all over.
Better than using physical token
Started using Authy when my token generator went down. I have a new token but prefer Authy. Reliable, fast, don’t have to worry about misplacing it.
Disappointed at it but it has potential
I tried to make an account but it doesn’t have my country so I can’t use it for earning money from Ribblr to help my parents with my siblings so I can’t use it to take them out to help:(
