Once you sell your soul to authy its there forever. There is no export available and if you get locked out it’s all over.
Better than using physical token
Started using Authy when my token generator went down. I have a new token but prefer Authy. Reliable, fast, don’t have to worry about misplacing it.
Disappointed at it but it has potential
I tried to make an account but it doesn’t have my country so I can’t use it for earning money from Ribblr to help my parents with my siblings so I can’t use it to take them out to help:(
Don’t merge.
Don’t merge accounts. Wipes out your auth tokens. A supposedly seamless process just created a whole lot of hassle for me. Thanks! Much appreciated!

Locked out of everything
The fact you can't submit a request to generate a new authentication app if you happen to break or lose the device the code was stored on is the dumbest and most predatory business clause. Literally screwed out of 20 different accounts.

I have a brand new out of the box iPad Air M3 on the latest iPadOS and the app is telling me my device doesn’t meet “integrity requirements”.

Frequent desyncs
Moved to another app now as authy desyncs alot. Shame.
Good app
Good app. Previous version was better. When I have multiple 2FA in a row, I have to close the app between each of them. If they could fix this, it would be a five star app.
Not Perfect
I've been using Authy for years. I love multi device sync. Today I discovered it broke. Single code failed to sync. Reading support docs got me nothing.
Recently I read some articles arguing there better options. Inertia kept me from switching. There is no export, or windows app. I was willing to overlook. Failed sync is the end of line for me

Authy does not have the ability to export your accounts. I moved to Authy from Google Authenticator years ago for this reason. Twilio, please give us the ability to export accounts.

I tried to put in the code and got 2 numbers flipped and I couldn’t use the app
Good app except for the Apple Watch downgrade
Does what it’s supposed to do and does it well except I used to be able to authorize prescriptions from my Apple Watch. There was an update about 6 months ago and since then I’ve had to leave the exam room to go get my phone to send the rx - my watch just notifies me that Authy has a rx request. Please bring the approve/deny option back to the watch!
