Recently the magic eraser part of the app has disappeared from my iPad, its still there on my phone. Really needs to be sorted

Yeah, I don't like the new features for the Google Photos app which is the edit selection for the Magic Eraser tools option, I'm starting to miss that part where I can't erase anything automatically, but is now manually, so I want the old edit options back for this Google Photos app.

Edit options
After latest update, edit functions very erratic and unblur option not effective as was in previous version

I’ve used GP for many years, always loved it. I’ve worked around many of its quirky features over the years, but now im done with it. I’ll be moving all of my photos out and cancelling my subscription.
I understand there are good reasons for managing space on my phone, stored in GP, clear space on your phone. I get it.
How about this, GIVE ME THE OPTION OF DECIDING IF I WANT TO DELETE EVERY COPY FROM ALL DEVICES AND OTHER CLOUD SERVICES??!!
I have more than one GP account as I use Google to have my business account too.
Can I stop my personal photos appearing in my Business Photos???
NO I CANT - because it gives GP access to every single area of my accounts to import every photo regardless if I want my business account to have them or not.
If I choose to stop syncing - guess what, it stops syncing FOR MY PERSONAL GMAIL TOO!!!
So it’s either all or nothing. Either I allow all photos to sync to my personal Gmail and work Gmail or I turn off syncing.
And if I have the temerity to want to delete my PERSONAL photos from my work Gmail, IT WANTS TO DELETE MY PERSONAL PHOTO FROM EVERYWHERE!!!!
Google, I’ve been with you for many years.
Why are you so jealous of me having photos that I don’t share with you?
Why do you take away my choice of where I want to store photos?
You make it either all or nothing.
I’m now choosing nothing.

Impossible to upgrade
No one responding via app. No way to upgrade. Payment taken 48 hours later nothing has changed. Apple has now refunded me.

Terrible App!
I shouldn't have to give google access to all the photos on my non google device in order to see photos I already have saved in the google photos app. This is preventing me from accessing over 10 years of photos. It is incredibly frustrating and making me want to continue to stop using google applications all together.
