Problems with app!
I don’t like that you can’t track your order in real time like on the DoorDash app. My food has been delivered early sometimes and I have no idea how long it just sat outside. Really frustrating!

Prohibitively difficult to use
I don’t understand why you use punchh for your password reset and account creation. It’s impossible to use and not to mention the login regularly glitches so that I can’t login to my account. It’s annoying that I even need an account just to order. Fix your website
