Prohibitively difficult to use
I don’t understand why you use punchh for your password reset and account creation. It’s impossible to use and not to mention the login regularly glitches so that I can’t login to my account. It’s annoying that I even need an account just to order. Fix your website

Developers have abandoned this app
I had trouble logging in and discovered the same issue I was having was reported in reviews from a year ago. Clearly the developers have abandoned this app.
Worst app- impossible to reset your password or change delivery address.
The most frustrating and poorly designed app. Always glitches and when you go to change your password it’s a nightmare. A very small box at bottom. Makes me not want to order from goop ever.
