Great food, poor app experience

Developers have abandoned this app
I had trouble logging in and discovered the same issue I was having was reported in reviews from a year ago. Clearly the developers have abandoned this app.
Worst app- impossible to reset your password or change delivery address.
The most frustrating and poorly designed app. Always glitches and when you go to change your password it’s a nightmare. A very small box at bottom. Makes me not want to order from goop ever.
App is trash.
Foods great, app is faulty at best. Points have been deleted 2x now, I’ve give up on ever having the app work correctly.
Please fix the app to be easier to use. Points shouldn’t ever expire either. Step it up Goop!

Needs improvement
At their core, the app and web work, but they’re definitely clunky and not the easiest to navigate. Issues with editing items in bag, saving correct address, finding customer service. Definitely need to improve some basic functionality.

Kind of a mess
This app needs some problems fixed. First, if you create an account and password on Goop Kitchen’s website, that password may not work in the app because the app’s password rules are different from the website’s. Also, if you reset your password via the app, the problem is the same — the app generates a reset email which takes you to a webpage where again the password rules do not match those the app enforces. Also, when I ordered, the estimated delivery time the app was reporting was 7 hours off (ostensibly displaying the time in a time zone 7 hours ahead of me).

Buggy App & Website
We have issues every time we try to order. Multiple things go wrong. Very buggy.
Great food and customer service
Use to order via DoorDash but have found dealing directly with this app saved me loads of headaches from dealing with DoorDash cos Goop’s customer service is very on point good! Also food quality very tasty and clean. So glad Goop decided to go into food cos it has saved me tons of time trying to find clean foods that I can trust. Hope they continue to grow great!

Not great
2 big problems! One is that it tricks you into tipping up front. My order was :20 minutes late which is why I prefer to tip after I see how the service is. 2nd problem is that there is not a way to connect to customer service to let them know if there is a problem. The other features are very easy to use.
