The worst app on the planet I’ve re-reloaded it five times it’s never consistent. It’s awful.
Worst app update ever
This app literally doesn’t work for payment with my gift card. I’ve effectively lost my entire gift card balance. Fix your app.
New UI ruined the app. No barcode
The barcode is completely absent in the new UI and the staff said everyone they've seen today is saying the same thing.
Update: wow yeah it's been broken for over two weeks now. Pretty clear the PE f8gs who own this app desperately want people to stop using their barcodes and getting rewards forcing users to tell the staff their phone number to get points.
To the private equity bundle of sticks that own this app, please get your money back from the pathetic talentless bottom feeding contractors you paid to write this irredeemable slop.
You all deserve excruciating torture.

I love the new app! Apple Pay checkout is finally included , and not having to remember a password makes ordering so much easier. It feels smooth, modern, and is by far the easiest way to order Earthbar.
