Abysmal checkout flow makes ordering near impossible
As someone who works in tech, this is one of the worst checkout flows I’ve ever seen in an app. Tons of friction when you just want to get to payment. Valid credit cards not recognized even after you re-add them or reinstall the app. Apple Pay not an option. No ability to report a bug or contact support in the app. Really? In 2026? All of this is inexcusable in a world with so many e-commerce checkout platforms available to developers, and it’s costing you business.

No Apple Pay support
What year are we in?
Horrible payment system
How do you build a modern app that doesn’t use Apple Pay? On top of it the payment system is glitchy and drops stored cards.

This app is something straight out of 2010. It doesn’t let you save the one location you always order from; credit card entry is clunky and randomly fails; and it doesn’t even attempt to support Apple Pay. What’s the point? Probably easier to use a landline and place your order via the telephones.

Not as intuitive
The app is pretty and looks great, however paying for items should be easier. Adding a cc should be a simpler process that allows for auto-filling. Why can’t I use my Apple wallet to click pay? Seems unnecessary to create an account.
Poor usability with the basics
Account management (autofill, resetting password, etc) is a terrible experience. The app also had verification errors with my valid payment methods. Supporting Apple Pay instead would help with a lot of the hassle.

W76th location is poorly staffed
I’ve ordered from the w76th location twice and, both times, no one was at the location when I arrived and I had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to show up.
Clunky
5 clicks to reorder the same thing from the same location paid by the same card.
And then you order… and no one is AT the location. And you can’t neither reimburse nor cancel the order.

Gorgeous - But Doesn’t Work
Stunning app, but what is the use when it doesn’t work?
“We were unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for more details.”
Happened sporadically at first, but now EVERY TIME. FOR MONTHS. Deleting the app, sign in sign out, different cards, credit vs debit — nothing works.
It’s a running joke at the local earthbar at this point, the entire staff knows about it and it is not just me. Please fix it.

App needs help
I love Earthbar and it’s a fair price but the app needs help. I order the same thing every day and just to reorder your last order it takes 8 clicks. Part of the problem is every day I open the app and click past orders, it opens a blank page, then I have to click back, click past orders again and then it finally loads them. Fix it please!

Why is the barcode so hard to find????
Hey guys idk which talentless contractors you used for this pathetic dog water of an app but whoever did you need to get your money back because let me tell you the ONLY reason anyone opens this dogsheit app is to access the barcode which is IMPOSSIBLE to find
Never got smoothie because location is closed
The app will let you order smoothies, even though it’s not open. So I paid, never got my smoothie, and I wasted my time.

Add the calories
I use the app at Equinox regularly. But it’s annoying that to the calories are not listed in the menu on app, but they are at the physical location. Add them please! Important information!
Bad signup flow
App doesn't let me create an account with "prefer not to say" as my gender, even though it's a listed option. Doesn't work with Apple Pay, and account sign up doesn't auto fill my credit card info.
