I love Goorin hats … but their app stinks
There is basically nothing good about this app. I get a text for a Friday Drop, the link doesn’t open my app - it takes me to the App Store, and I have to open the app from there. There’s no record of my purchases, and the app is exceptionally hard to navigate. It’s very graphic rich and visually appealing, but I think they focused so much on that element, that things like basic usability and navigation were completely forgotten about.

App is clunky at times
App often doesn’t open or randomly freezes when trying use. I’ve tired deleting and reinstalling numerous times. I’ve had to use their website which is a bit annoying
Drop app
Terrible !!! I email for service ! No one can give me an answer to why the app just gives me a blank screen. My wife downloads app it works. For some freaking reason I cannot. I use to have. All of sudden it dropped me somehow. Terrible!!!
App is very bad
Opens to a black screen 97% of the time. The other 3% it will partially load but the user can’t click on anything. Complete joke of an app.
New update
New update just has the app blank. Can’t open it, even through texts.
Can’t get app to work
I used to be able to open the app and see the Friday Drops. However in the last few months nothing opens when I go to the app. I even tried deleting and re-downloading the app but still it doesn’t work. I reported it to the vendor but they indicated it had to be on my end. However, I’ve tried everything on my end & it still doesn’t work.

Official classy hats
For years I could not find the perfect fitting hat. I bought one of your hats for the first time about 2 years ago. Instantly fell in love. You can definitely tell a lot of blood and sweat go into making these hats. All I wear now is Goorin trucker and winter caps. I try to buy fresh Friday drop every week. I display my Goorin hats in a clear case and have LED lights to show the hats off. Thank you Goorin Team for your hard word making these hats. I contact Goorin on chat a lot with many questions. They respond quickly and have a lot of knowledge. Happy New Year. Iam Excited about what designs are being crafted for 2025. Goorin forever

Blank screen and no other way to get Friday Drops
Opened my app to see titles of upcoming Friday drops and nothing but blank white screen. Killed app. Repeat. Repeat. Delete. Download. Repeat. I have latest phone, latest operating system. Husband has exact same phone but he downloaded app for the first time and no issues whatsoever. If I could get the Friday drops any other way, I would, but I’m dependent on the app. Please fix!!!

Not a fair way to distribute
I’ve been trying and trying to buy a Friday Drop New Goorin Brothers Farm Series Hats, but all that’s available are either knockoffs or by purchasing upto 4 or 5 times the sticker price! There should be a 2 or 3 maximum limit to purchase the hats on Fridays Drops so each fan of the hats has a chance and opportunity to purchase a “NEW FRIDAY DROP” GOORIN BROTHERS FARM SERIES Hats‼️Love the hats, but not the promotional way to sell the New Friday Drops!!

Does it really have to be that hard
This app the way u did it I guess in your mind it’s so advanced but as the consumer it’s really trash. You can’t find your way around your app at all. I’m sure the only one that really knows how to use the mobile app is the person that made it smh. It look next level in some ways but it’s really a bunch of chaos with calculator tweaks.

App hasn’t functioned for 2 weeks
I dig the company but I’ve been fully locked out of the app with a blank screen for nearly 2 weeks. I’ve seen other comments on the socials where folks have had the same issue and it’s mostly been addressed with a “try again” message from the company. I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my iOS, and it’s still fully blank.

App was working about a month ago now it doesn’t load just a black screen fix it please don’t want to miss the drops
Bad app - BAD shipping (DHL)
You guys have got to ditch your distributor. Free shipping through DHL now takes well over a week with no updates. Pay extra for two day shipping through FedEx and it still takes five days to process and receive after you start shipping on the following Monday. Love the hats got a huge collection, but I think I just bought my last one today when I realized I still haven’t received my last hat from a week ago and paid for expedited shipping! Also fix the app it’s still super laggy. You don’t need the videos or the flashes at the beginning and stop using Shopify.

Won’t load
I swear every time there’s a new drop it just doesn’t load ever so I miss out
Crashes a lot
The app is the hardest app to open on my phone. It fails to open often. All I get is a blank screen, maybe sometimes it says “feed and in stock” but I can’t click on anything. By the time it loads on special drops they are usually sold out or I can’t even view them anymore. I used to buy a lot of Goorin hats but the app being the only place and way to buy them now has made my purchasing drop way off.
