App went dead out of nowhere!!!

So originally, when I purchased my robotic vacuum, the app worked. But then, one day out of nowhere, it went off-line and I have tried many different ways to get it to work with no luck. Luckily, the room vacuum still works but now it’s not as convenient as it was previously where I can just turn it on from anywhere. Now I am obligated to use the remote which is an inconvenience.

FIX your APP!

It’s been not working for over a year now. It’s ridiculous. This is 50% of why we bought the robo vacuum to set a schedule like this. FIX IT already!

This App doesn’t work, it’s not even able to connect to my wi-fi. It keeps asking me to change the wi-fi for a better one…ahahah I will rather cancel the App
