App went dead out of nowhere!!!
So originally, when I purchased my robotic vacuum, the app worked. But then, one day out of nowhere, it went off-line and I have tried many different ways to get it to work with no luck. Luckily, the room vacuum still works but now it’s not as convenient as it was previously where I can just turn it on from anywhere. Now I am obligated to use the remote which is an inconvenience.

If you try to register an account, the keyboard covers the registration button and doesn’t let you do so
FIX your APP!
It’s been not working for over a year now. It’s ridiculous. This is 50% of why we bought the robo vacuum to set a schedule like this. FIX IT already!

This App doesn’t work, it’s not even able to connect to my wi-fi. It keeps asking me to change the wi-fi for a better one…ahahah I will rather cancel the App

This app is pretty pointless considering there’s only one model you can connect to..I would have loved to use this app. Kinda sad
APP is not user friendly
The app is not user friendly. I have never been able to sync the machine to the app. I cannot let the machine know that the filters and brushes have been changed so the machine errors and will stop ever so often. I have to turn it back on multiple times throughout its cleaning. The app only lets me select 1 device and it’s not even the same model my device is... 😭 The vacuum itself is great. Having a hard time figuring out the customer service.

Can’t even register to use the app
The app has issues and you can’t even finish the registration to use it. Thank goodness the vacuum works great but the blinking wifi light on it is driving me crazy. Password is misspelled on the app. It has “possword”.

Don’t waste your time. Vacuum is fine for the price, but the App is SUPER JUNK.
Great vacuum and app
Works perfectly when I am at home and even remotely. Sends me updates and I can operate the vacuum from anywhere.

I downloaded the app but there is no way that I can sync it to my WiFi. Keeps saying bad network although I have a fast WiFi . Garbage.
App Liading
I have tried NUMEROUS TIMES to load the app on my iPhone 8 Plus but I cannot get a verification code sent to my email so I can set things up. Very FRUSTRATED because I like the robot vacuum.

Update: The android version was able to schedule cleanings (they don’t show up in iPhone app though). What I did was install the software Nox (runs android) on my Mac and then installed GOOVI on it. Was able to connect and set the schedule

Schedule failure
Worked great the first time it was set up and scheduled mon Wednesday and Friday cleaning schedule. Several days later it started running on its own off schedule and the app will not let me save a new schedule. Get a “schedule failed” notification.
Worthless App
This app is worthless.

The machine itself works just fine but this app is garbage. There is no room in our living area to dock this machine so the physical remote is useless I go to my other room. I cannot set a schedule in the app and most sub menus are white on white with no borders. Fix this app. I didn’t expect fancy maps or anything but basic functionality in the app is critical if you advertise it has an app and WiFi when buying.

Needs Work
As others have noted, white text on a white background makes setting the schedule impossible. You can set the day, but not the time. Get it fixed, I love this robo vacuum!
