Hi there, as we stated when you emailed us, Gopher, Inc sent an in-app message to the entire group of workers as a way to level set the expectations with communicating to customers. Since our platform allows local workers to sign up from free, view jobs for free, accept jobs for free and get paid 100% of what the customer offers, instantly, we don't think it's too much to ask to keep the communication and transactions on the platform exclusively. After all, there is zero benefit for the worker in trying to engage in a separate financial transaction, it's already transparent. And, in the event a price adjustment is needed, that feature is quick and easy to execute. It's safer for the customer and worker all the way around. Although nobody likes a 1 star review, we do thank you for the opportunity to reiterate our communication terms in the event anyone missed it. Regards
