Repetitive and no pull through of information
Just spent almost 2 hours completing 9 forms and uploading documents- a lot of that time was repeating basic demographic information on each form, including the name and contact details of the law firm. It’s their app!!! Surely some of this info can be pre- loaded, and basic repetitive info pulled through automatically from one form to the next. Very frustrating.

It’s great to be able to do all my paperwork in one place but the process tab doesn’t update as I’ve been going through the process
