App not working for me

I’m able to choose my city but there isn’t an option to start a request.

No city of Irvine

Irvine is on the website, but not in the app. Can’t use the app to report issues in Irvine.

Giant step backward

Used to have big buttons for each common category, now you have to scroll very long list. Interface is clunky now when it used to be well thought out.

Good app in general

I like the app in general it’s easy to use snd EM gets right on it after I submit.
My only problem? It used to show up on my iPhone desktop but now I have to go to App Store every time I want to use it! What’s up with that?

Will you be adding more cities?

My cities isn’t listed, and I couldn’t find a place to add it.city is Port Hueneme.
