App not working for me
I’m able to choose my city but there isn’t an option to start a request.
No city of Irvine
Irvine is on the website, but not in the app. Can’t use the app to report issues in Irvine.
Giant step backward
Used to have big buttons for each common category, now you have to scroll very long list. Interface is clunky now when it used to be well thought out.
Good app in general
I like the app in general it’s easy to use snd EM gets right on it after I submit.
My only problem? It used to show up on my iPhone desktop but now I have to go to App Store every time I want to use it! What’s up with that?

Will you be adding more cities?
My cities isn’t listed, and I couldn’t find a place to add it.city is Port Hueneme.
Good for what it does
Other than being extremely ugly it’s a basic app that does the one thing it’s suppose to.
App and service could be better.
This is a great concept. We farm in areas where piles of trash are constantly dumped. Abandoned cars etc. the last request I made I recurved an email saying the case was closed but the problem was never addressed. Now the last few times I’ve tried to use this app the app will not load.
Improvements rewuired
Needs to support ability to upload more than 1 photo and ability to add photos after a report was alredy sent in. This would rely help in response time.
Can not connect
City employees cannot logo in after latest update

Good app!
I have used this on a couple of occasions in the past year or so. Our county staff is very quick to respond.
I find it much easier than phone calls or driving the 20+ miles to get to the county offices.
Also, being able to upload photos of necessary is terrific!

Great app
I was told about this app by city staff. It is integrated seamlessly into the cities system and has different issues categorized. It also has the means of attaching photos and managing issues current and past.
Works Great
I use this all the time near LA. I ask nicely to clean graffiti or pick up trash dumped in the alley or fill a pothole. I snap a picture and move the map to the location and I’m done. Usually completed within the week.
I don’t know why the bad reviews. It works great in my city.

Less interactive than SeeClickFix
Only using this app because my home town promotes on their website and they no longer seem to follow issues on the SeeClickFix site/app.
A few things GORequest should consider for future updates;
1) have searchable database that allows users to view and follow up on issues reported by another user in the area.
2) add the option to post more than a single photo per issue. This could be either as part of the official posting or when adding follow up information.
3) also, if “signing in” gives the user access to more functions, then make that option more clear. Currently one can post an issue without signing in, which is fine but elsewhere in the app the option shows up without explanation of benefits.
It’s what’s available here for me and it’s only as good as my towns response to reported issues. So far, I’ve had to report issues twice in order to get a response. Wonder if “signing in” would change that...

We are rolling out an update for each of our customers which addresses many of your suggestions. We have plans for the #1 later this year but #2 & 3 are addressed. To get this update, your city must have our branded app which we are working with all customers to push these out over the next couple months. Thank you for your feedback.
Needs update
Was awesome! Now doesn’t work. iOS 11 nothing. I sent hundreds of requests and got results! Now I can’t do anything. Help!
No stats
Can't open it at all... Keeps closing! Used to be great!
Crash
App crashes immediately when you press new issue.
Just ok.
Ok app not great.
New version crashes
The newest release crashes as soon as you click new issue.
Needs to be updated for iOS 10

Good but needs work
I've been using this app for several years and am mostly happy with it.
As of this writing version 3.1.4 had two pretty big flaws.
1. You can not take a picture when submitting your report. Selecting this option in the app leads to a blank black screen in the camera. I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.4.1.
2. You can only report a concern in your city while you are in or very close your city. If you see something on your way to work and later launch the app to report it while away, your city is not available as a selection.
These annoyances beside, it's an otherwise serviceable app. However the biggest value to this app is ultimately the responsiveness of the city you live in to do something about your reports.
