Randomly puts you on “driving” status when you are not moving. I could have not moved for hours and it will randomly switch to drive. I could be asleep in the middle of night and it will, for no reason, switched to drive and you will be on “driving” for hours until you switch it back into a different status. Sometimes it will just for just for 1 minute and switch back to the original duty status. But now it makes you have to start your break all over again.

May be better then others but: Irresponsible and ridiculous customer service ! They really don’t know that are looking for! App is glitching a lot, no connection to server, and they double charge when they want! Stay away!
Horrible!
Use it as a bus operator. Constantly kicks you out. Our managements has not been able to put us in the correct time zone for our base. Every Sunday our hours reset to zero.
It’s not working properly
Disconeting , taking control over phone so you can’t use any other app, you can’t. Make call send text message, you can’t use gps for navigation , one word terrible. Support zero, they answer you submit ticket, and than they send you resovled! And it’s not ,you repeating process until you don give up. I told to my boss I will quit if they don’t change it!
