Can’t even get in the app
No verification code sent no matter how many attempts I try
App ver 6.1.9 isn’t working properly - won’t allow scanning code on back of camera.
App was great until the option to scan the QR code on the back of camera quit working. The option shows up but nothing happens when selecting the option. As a result the camera cannot be set up.
Working one month ago, but stopped working
This camera & App are very frustrating, until a month ago was working, but not now! Can anyone from this company help? Thanks

App recording only works if sd card isn’t in and pay for it but now I pay for it and have sd card too and it isn’t working
Can’t even get into account
Just registered with a username and password and keeps telling me password is incorrect. If you think I’m going to keep retrying an account over and over you’re insane. Trash cameras, trash app

It’s been 3 days. I tried everything from uninstalling to reactivate. App is broke I can’t contact or email the owner of the app. It keep telling me user don’t exist. Horrible service

Had two cameras for a year and then both stopped working this is trash, the support option on the app does not work neither it's trash don't buy this camera

was working great not a single problem and today in the moring it loged me out and everytime i try to log in it just says fail or stays lodeing anyone else haveing this problem ?

Why did it not add my service
I paid at least $160.00 bucks last month and just now realizing I only have one camera out of three with cloud storage

This app will NOT connect the camera to my wifi & yes, it IS 2.4! So frustrating

Get what you pay for.. loses signal Or goes off line a lot recording isn’t great

Was not connecting, decided to reinstall now the app will not download.. will have to send back equipment due to faulty APP!!
